前段时间，医院接诊了一位30岁的年轻患者，他半年前就有便血，但一直以为是痔疮，检查结果令刚刚结婚的他绝望了：晚期肠癌，连手术的机会都没有了。
问其生活习惯，这位小伙子说，自己最爱吃烧烤，一个星期至少吃5天，几乎吃遍了各大烧烤店，朋友们称他为“烧烤王子”。
其实早在半年前，他就有便血，但自认为是痔疮，“十男九痔”，所以一直没有太在意。当医院就诊时，医生发现，他已经晚期肠癌，连手术的机会都没有了。
“导致癌症的原因除了基因遗传外，还没有定性，但在直肠癌中，我们临床发现，在没有基因遗传的人群中，饮食不规律、乱吃夜宵烧烤是直肠癌患者的普遍特点。”采访中，金黑鹰主任多次提到饮食习惯对肠癌的影响。
肠癌年轻化趋势明显
年轻人务必重视起来
年轻化趋势，在大肠癌中非常明显，中国平均发病年龄比国外早10年，55岁是中国人大肠癌的发病高峰年龄，而国外是65岁。临床上，越来越多的年轻人中招。
金黑鹰主任告诉记者，在他的临床上，50岁以下的患者占到了40%左右，年轻人患上肠癌，往往恶性程度更高，治疗起来更加棘手。
医院结直肠外科，越来越多的年轻人出现在病房里，尤其是最近5年，明显感觉到肠癌有年轻化的趋势。

专家建议
预防大肠癌的发生，“饮食+运动+检查”三管齐下。
饮食上减少脂肪与红肉摄入，尽量少吃煎烤后的棕色肉类。另外，坐的时间不宜太长，要定时改变坐姿，适当增加活动的时间。肥胖人群要多运动、少吃高热量高脂食物。
对于50岁以上的高危人群，一旦有消化系统的异常表现，如腹痛、腹泻、大便中有黏液脓血等情况时，医院直肠指检及肠镜检查，提倡早发现早治疗。
